Hospitality first
A warm, consistent coffee moment is the product. Technology exists to protect it.
KALIM COFFEE / INVESTOR OVERVIEW / CANADA
Phase 1 is complete: four connected apps and working voice ordering. Phase 2 is now our focus—secure funding, select the right location and build our first Kalim coffee shop.
A founder’s journey, made operational
Kalim Nguyen carried coffee through more than 25 countries, brewing by hand and sharing cups with the people he met. Those small moments shaped one lasting belief: technology should make hospitality more dependable, not less human.
From bean to big dream is the operating thesis too. First prove demand and unit economics in one carefully selected Canadian first-store market. Then use what the coffee shop teaches us to improve Kalims, Kalim, recipes, inventory and service. Expand only when the evidence supports it.

One well-run store is the test bed; a multi-location rollout is earned with results.
Every order should connect the guest, menu, team, preparation and learning.
The same order stream, more capable at each step
The long-range ambition is a coffee shop that can receive an order online, at a kiosk or by voice; understand it; prepare the drink with robotics; and coordinate pickup. The connected order flow is the practical foundation. Voice service is running in Kalims and Kalim today. Robotic preparation is a later, separately funded development stage.
Voice Order
Say it. Make it yours. Pick it up. Scroll through a coffee journey, from a hands-free order to Apple Pay and the Kalim Coffee drive-thru.
A driver keeps both hands on the wheel. With Voice Order and the wake command enabled, “Hey, Kalim” starts the conversation. The driver asks for a hot cappuccino as the journey continues.
Scroll to move the story ↓“One hot cappuccino, please.” Kalim Barista works with the selected store’s menu and availability, clarifies the size, milk and extras, and shows the selected drink in the app.
Scroll to move the story ↓Kalim Barista repeats the drink and its options: “One hot cappuccino, 12oz with regular milk. Is that right?” The driver confirms. The item appears in the cart; “that’s all” or “go to checkout” moves the order to the bill.
Scroll to move the story ↓A phrase such as “that’s it” or “go to checkout” takes you to the bill. Once safely parked, review the order and confirm Apple Pay on your device.
Scroll to move the story ↓Continue to the store and follow the order’s pickup status. When it is ready, collect your coffee at the drive-thru window. This illustrated journey shows the experience from the road to the first sip.
Scroll to move the story ↓Voice Order also has an accessibility purpose: helping people who are blind or have low vision express coffee requests through speech, with the goal of accessible order review using iPhone’s VoiceOver. Kalim’s longer-term direction includes more apps that help people with everyday accessibility barriers.
PHASE 1 COMPLETE · APPS RUNNING
Kalims submits digital orders into Kalim; staff review and prepare them with the store’s menu and live order displays. The four hospitality apps are complete, with public launch planned for January 2027. Capital is needed to open the first store, hire a team and put the system into daily service.

Kalim Barista voice ordering runs in Kalims and Kalim: capture a menu request, clarify choices, confirm customizations and continue through the same cart and payment workflow.
VOICE + CONFIRMATION + HANDOFFLONG-TERM VISION
Super Intelligent could eventually coordinate robotic drink preparation and pickup. This is a long-range product ambition, not a capability represented as available today; feasibility and economics must be proven in stages.
AI ORCHESTRATION + ROBOTICSThe first business is a coffee shop. The software roadmap is designed to support better operations first; external software revenue is not included in the Year 1 planning case.
A resilient daily ritual, rethought for Canada
Kalim sits where daily coffee, convenient ordering and operational technology meet. National coffee consumption and Canada’s population are context for the opportunity—not a forecast of Kalim’s reach or a substitute for measured traffic and paid customer demand.

03 Connected apps and operating workflows
04 Future automation only after proof
Customer groups—nearby workers, shoppers and coffee-community discovery—are planning hypotheses. Validate with paid orders, conversion and 30-day repeat.
A gated path, not a leap of faith
Test paid customer demand, finalize a viable site and scope, close the opening capital plan, and confirm permits, quotes and operating readiness.
GATE · DEMAND + SITE + FUNDINGSubject to approvals and financing: build out, train, soft-launch, and measure service, product mix, labour, waste and guest feedback.
GATE · SAFE, MEASURED LAUNCHTrack ticket, repeat rate, peak pickup time, contribution, staffing coverage, inventory loss and weekly cash. Validate the connected apps under real-store volume.
GATE · REPEATABLE OPERATIONSReview whether the store can sustain positive cash after debt, and whether service quality holds as volume changes. Only then model another location or broader software use.
GATE · EVIDENCE BEFORE SCALEpaid pilot orders before committing to a lease

The technology is built. Now fund the first location.
The current plan funds one physical coffee shop and its operating runway. Four connected apps are running. Robotic preparation is a later program, dependent on separate funding and business performance.

Management sales targets
These are projections, not current sales. At the model’s $10.50 average ticket and 30 trading days, they require approximately 191, 254 and 318 transactions per day. Site demand, staffing and throughput must support this ramp.
The five-year base model retains $392,000 debt. An equity-funded alternative requires an updated debt schedule. Opening costs are allowances pending site and supplier quotations.
The four-app software ecosystem
Kalim, Kalims, KalimStaffs and Kalim Invest form the software ecosystem owned by Kalim Innovation Technologies Inc.
Saved CIPO registry records identify Kalim Innovation Technologies Inc. as the owner of the four software copyright registrations dated 29 September 2026: KalimPOS, Kalims, KalimStaffs and Investors. The signed assignment and registry records are available for diligence.
Filing reported for classes 9, 30, 35, 36, 42 and 43: software, coffee and tea, retail, financial services, SaaS and cafe services. Registration certificate not yet verified.
Trade name registered according to the founder. The trade name and trademark application are separate records. No standalone brand premium is included in the software estimate.
Canadian patent application 3325785 for Voice Order technology in the Kalim ecosystem is being processed.
Future financial services and robotics remain development scope. Trademark classes do not constitute financial-services authorization or technical certification.

The software asset reference does not set an ownership percentage. Company investment terms are negotiated separately, taking account of other assets and liabilities. An inquiry does not commit you to an investment.
Trust is part of the product
A coffee shop that handles money, food and customer orders has to be dependable before it becomes ambitious. Kalim’s next phase pairs customer demand with disciplined site, safety, cash and technology checks.
